Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) involve an architectural and engineering evaluation of existing building systems and site improvements to assess physical condition, general code compliance, repair and maintenance issues, recommended replacements, and opinion of probable cost for prospective repairs. Our clientele generally consists of lending institutions, government agencies, investors, attorneys, property owners, and other consulting firms.
